Registration

At least one author should be duly registered for the conference for each accepted paper to be included in the ICME-2018 proceedings published by the Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka.

The Registration fee for presenters covers conference kit, conference proceedings book, conference lunch, conference dinner, and refreshments.

The discounted registration fee for local undergraduate covers conference proceeding book, conference lunches, and refreshments.

* Discounted fee for local undergraduates will be applicable under following conditions
  • All the authors of the paper are undergraduates.
  • If all the authors are not undergraduates, at least one author has to pay the full registration fee

Undergraduate Research Session Registration

Registration Fees


  • The registration fee for undergraduates is LKR 1000*.
  • At least one author should be duly registered for the Undergraduate Research Session for each accepted extended abstract to be included in the ICME-2018 Abstract Book published by the Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka.
  • The Registration fee for presenters covers conference Abstract Book, Refreshments and Research Session lunch.
*Undergraduates registered for the conference (paying conference registration fee of LKR 3000) are exempted.

Completion of Registration


Once the payment is made, conference presenters and participants should follow the following procedure to complete the registration process;
  1. Send the completed Registration Form along with a scanned image of your bank receipt to icme@mgt.ruh.ac.lk, OR
  2. Fax Registration Form along with a bank receipt to +94 41 2227015.
