All presenters/ participants should be registered under one of the following categories.

At least one author should be duly registered for the conference for each accepted paper to be included in the ICME-2019 proceedings published by the Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka.

Undergraduate Research Forum Registration

  • The registration fee for undergraduates presenters is Rs 1500.
  • At least one author should be duly registered for the Undergraduate Research Forum for each accepted extended abstract to be included in the ICME-2019 Abstract Book published by the Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka.
  • The registration fee for presenters covers conference abstract book, refreshments, and lunch.
  • If all the authors are not undergraduates, at least one author has to pay the full registration fee.
