Course Structure

This course is designed for 35 credits with 11 course units which comply with the SLQF level 9 requirements. The program is blended with theory and practice in business management. The students will be introduced to concepts, tools and techniques to become effective leaders in both public and private sector organizations. The students will be assessed both using in-course assessments and semester end examinations.
